2017 October Varonis Systems, Inc. signed a contract with Yasuo Atobe (founder) to provide pre-sales services for the Japanese market.
November Started Varonis solutions business.
December Atobe Planning LLC was established with capital fund of 10,000 Japanese Yen.
Enrolled in Employee’s Health Insurance (Japan Health Insurance Association) and Employees’ Pension Insurance.
2018 January Registered the English company name “Atobe Consulting, LLC” to National Tax Agency.
April Joined the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Information and Communication Division, Toshima Branch).
December In line with the expansion of the Varonis solutions business, opened an office in Akasaka K-Tower (Minato-ku, Tokyo).
2019 February Got D-U-N-S® Number issued.
March Registered “atobe.consulting” Internet domain name.
July Started using Office 365 (now Microsoft 365) using the corporate domain name.
November Increased capital fund to 1,000,000 Japanese Yen.
2020 February Signed technical consulting contract with Fast Accounting Co., Ltd. Started business with them.
April Retrieved Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).
Opened corporate Web site on Azure App Service.
October Joined VMware Sales Partner programme (Enrolled Authorized level.)
December Moved Varonis solution business base to DaiyaGate Ikebukuro (Toshima-ku, Tokyo).
2021 November Registered as a qualified issuer in order to comply with the qualified invoice system under Japanese consumption tax (JCT) rate system.
2022 May Moved corporate Web site to Amazon Web Services.
December Moved Varonis solution business base to Tensho Ikebukuro-nishiguchi Building (Toshima-ku, Tokyo).
2023 March Certified as “DELL Expert Network” member.
July Notified appointment of “Unreasonable Demand Prevention Officer” to Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission per Anti-Boryokudan Act, and completed the statutory training course.
8月 Established “Life Design Allowance Rules” to introduce a defined contribution pension plan.
October Started support of issuance and receiving of e-invoices over the Peppol (Pan European Public Procurement Online) protocol, a global standard for exchanging electronic documents over network.
